摘 要:研究纺织厂空压机房用蒸发冷却通风降温系统的优化效果。对某纺织厂空压机房进行实地测试,运用数值模拟中RANS法中的标准k⁃ε模型对机房室内气流组织进行模拟,对其空压机设备做局部降温优化设计,并做效果对比。结果表明:优化前后1 m高度处设备周围平均温度下降明显,温度不均匀系数由0.1576下降到0.1120。认为:该优化方案可使空压机表面温度明显降低,室内温度均匀性也有所提高,具有较好的降温效果。The optimization effect of evaporative cooling ventilation cooling system for air compressor room in textile mills were studied.For on-site test of the air compressor room in one textile mill,the standard k⁃εmodel in RANS method of numerical simulation was used to simulate the air distribution of air compressor room.Reginal cooling optimization design was performed for the air compressor device.And the effect was compared.The test results showed that the average temperature around 1 m front and back of the device was decreased obviously.The unevenness coefficient of the temperature was decreased from 0.1576 to 0.1120.It is considered that the optimization scheme can obviously reduce the surface temperature of the air compressor.The indoor temperature evenness is improved too.It has better cooling effect.
