摘 要:研究交警夏季制服及面料的热学性能。采用Walter出汗暖体假人测量了交警夏季工作制服的热阻和湿阻。介绍了试验过程和热阻与湿阻的计算方法。结果表明:交警夏季执勤制服热阻比相关标准中的推荐值大,而透湿指数较小;制服面料主要为涤纶,热阻比成衣热阻大,透湿率基本相同。认为:未来我国的交警夏季制服和面料设计应采用热阻低、透湿指数高的面料,在服装结构上也要从执勤交警的热舒适角度出发进行优化设计。The thermal properties of traffic police summer uniform and its fabric were studied.Walter sweating thermal manikin was adopted to measure the thermal resistance and wet resistance of traffic police summer uniform.The testing procedure and the calculation method of thermal resistance and wet resistance were introduced.The test results showed that the thermal resistance of traffic summer duty uniform was larger than the recommended value of the related standard while the moisture permeability index was smaller.The fabric of the uniform was mainly polyester.The thermal resistance was larger than that of garment but the moisture permeability was mostly the same.It is considered that the fabrics with lower thermal resistance and higher moisture permeability index should be adopted and designed for the fabrics of the future traffic police summer uniform.In the garment structure,optimized designed should be performed from the thermal comfort of the on duty traffic polices point of view.
