摘  要:为了提高进口腈纶混纺纱的捻接质量,对进口腈纶混纺纱接头情况进行了研究,基于空气捻接器的使用原理和进口腈纶混纺原料的特殊性,以捻接强力合格率、捻接外观为指标,对捻接工艺进行了优选。指出:最理想的捻接工艺为退捻气压0.60 MPa,加捻气压0.45 MPa,退捻时间0.55 s,加捻时间0.1 s,加捻延时0.69 s,加捻刻度2。认为:纱线原料对捻接质量具有较大影响,有必要根据原料对捻接工艺进行优化。In order to improve splicing quality of imported acrylic fiber blended yarn,splicing situation of imported acrylic fiber blended yarn was studied.Based on the principle of air splicer and particularity of imported acrylic fiber blended raw materials,qualification rate of splicing strength and splicing appearance were taken as indexes,splicing processing was optimized.It was pointed out that the most ideal twisting processing was detwisting air pressure 0.60 MPa,twisting air pressure 0.45 MPa,detwisting time 0.55 s,twisting time 0.1 s,twisting delay 0.69 s,twisting scale 2.It is considered that yarn material has a great influence on splicing quality,it is necessary to optimize splicing processing according to material.
