摘　　要：探讨异经异纬竹节双层织物的生产技术。介绍了竹节纱质量指标和织物规格。分析了产品的设计思路和生产难点。整经工序保证纱线张力、排列和卷绕均匀。根据产品特点,选用双浆槽浆纱机,优选浆料配方和浆纱工艺,保证浆纱质量。合理配置喷气织机的开口时间、经位置线、上机张力和引纬工艺。最终,织机效率达92.3%,下机一等品率达96.3%。认为:经纱排列、接结点配置、浆纱工艺和织造工艺的优化是保证产品顺利生产的关键。Production technologies of different warp and different weft slub double-layer fabric were discussed.Quality index and fabric specifications of slub yarn were introduced.Product design ideas and production difficulties were analyzed.Uniform of yarn tension,arrangement and winding were ensured in warping process.According to product characteristics,double size box sizing machine was selected,sizing instruction and sizing process were optimized to ensure sizing quality.Shed timing,warp shed line,loom tension and weft insertion process of air-jet loom were reasonably configured.In the end,loom efficiency was reached 92.3%and first grade percentage before clothing repairing was reached 96.3%.It is considered that optimization of warp arrangement,binding configuration,sizing process and weaving process are the keys to ensure successful production of products.
