摘　　要：中心化思想是传统图书馆的主导思想,已在很大程度上阻碍着图书馆的发展。图书馆迫切需要通过去中心化打破传统思想的局限与禁锢,开拓发展新路。本文介绍了图书馆去中心化的内涵,从社会发展、技术、读者、管理4个方面,分析了图书馆去中心化的必要性,探讨了图书馆去中心化的策略,提出了推动图书馆去中心化的建议,以期构建更为公平、和谐、高效的图书馆。The central idea is the leading idea of the traditional library,which has hindered the development of the library to a great extent.The library urgently needs to break the limitation and imprisonment of the traditional thought and open up a new way of development through the decentralization.This paper introduces the connotation of library decentralization,analyzes the necessity of library decentralization from four aspects of social development,technology,readers and management,probes into the strategies of library decentralization,and puts forward some suggestions to promote library decentralization in order to build a more fair,harmonious and efficient library.
