摘　　要：构建护理专业化质量管理体系,是契合新时代护理发展需求的新型实践,也是护理学科建设与发展的必然趋势。本文通过分析国内外专科护理质量管理体系的形势,以呼吸专科为例,初步构想护理专业化质量管理体系在呼吸专科领域的建设策略,旨在为广大护理实践者及医院管理者提供参考。Constructing a nursing specialized quality management system is a new practice that meets the needs of nursing development in the new era,and it is also an inevitable trend in the construction and development of nursing disciplines.This article analyzes the situation of specialized nursing quality management systems at home and abroad by taking respiratory specialty as an example,and preliminarily conceives the construction strategy of nursing specialized quality management system in the field of respiratory specialty,aiming to provide a reference for the majority of nursing practitioners and hospital administrators.
