摘 要:目的探讨基于体感互动游戏的运动方案在老年COPD稳定期患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2017年6月—2019年10月四川大学华西医院收治的老年COPD稳定期患者130例,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各65例。对照组采用传统运动训练方式,干预组采用体感游戏互动训练方式进行训练,比较两组患者的运动依从性、躯体活动能力和肺功能。最终,干预组有61例患者完成本研究,对照组有58例患者完成本研究。采用SPSS 25.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果干预18周后,干预组患者运动达标率为83.61%(51/61),高于对照组的67.24%(39/58),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。干预18周后,干预组患者6 min步行测试距离为(523.27±29.12)m、血氧饱和度为(97.00±1.35)%、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量为(0.90±0.15),均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-4.770、-2.865、-3.142;P<0.05)。结论体感游戏互动训练能提高老年COPD稳定期患者的运动锻炼依从性、躯体活动能力和肺功能,具有推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of exercise program based on somatosensory interactive games in elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods From June 2017 to October 2019,convenience sampling was used to select 130 elderly patients with stable COPD who were admitted to West China Hospital of Sichuan University.Patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,65 cases in each group.Control group carried traditional exercise training,and intervention group implemented somatosensory game interactive training.We compared the exercise compliance,physical activity and lung function of the two groups of patients.In the end,61 patients in intervention group and 58 patients in control group completed the study.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results After 18 weeks of intervention,the exercise compliance rate of patients in intervention group was 83.61%(51/61),which was higher than 67.24%(39/58)in control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).After 18 weeks of intervention,the 6-minute walking test distance of intervention group was(523.27±29.12)m,and the blood oxygen saturation was(97.00±1.35)%,and the forced expiratory volume in the first second divided by forced vital capacity was(0.90±0.15),higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=-4.770,-2.865,-3.142;P<0.05).Conclusions Somatosensory game interactive training can improve the exercise compliance,physical activity and lung function of elderly patients with COPD in stable period,which has promotion value.
