摘  要:阐述了基于工业互联网平台建设智能矿山的意义与目标;指出,打造煤炭工业互联网平台,就是要通过工业互联网技术使煤炭产业各环节间进行有机联动,实现产业链的真正融合,打造矿山新型数字生态,助推煤炭行业高质量发展。研究了基于工业互联网的智能矿山技术体系和业务架构;认为,基于工业互联网的智能矿山建设应首先进行算力及容灾体系建设,其次是要进行网络体系搭建,第三要搭建横纵贯通的数据中台业务。将目前我国煤炭企业智能矿山建设的发展阶段归纳为4个阶段:框架初步构建、实现采掘等单系统或单项技术智能化决策和运行阶段;多系统信息融合、实现采掘运智能联动阶段;形成智能生产、安全、管控智慧大脑阶段;形成全矿区、多产业链、多系统集成的智能矿山体系阶段。最后提出,智能矿山建设是一个科技创新和不断进步的过程,应注重顶层设计,做到传承与创新并重,基础平台、局部场景智能化建设要并行等具体建议。The significance and goal of intelligent mine construction based on industrial Internet platform were expounded,it was pointed out that to build coal industrial Internet platform was to realize organic linkage between each links of coal industry and the real integration of industrial chain through industrial Internet technology,to build a new digital mine ecology,and to boost the high-quality development of coal industry through the industrial Internet technology.The technology system and business architecture of intelligent mine based on industrial Internet were explained.It was considered that the construction of intelligent mine based on industrial Internet should firstly carry out the construction of computing power and disaster tolerance system,secondly the construction of network system,and thirdly the construction of horizontal and vertical data platform business.The current development stage of intelligent mine construction in China's coal enterprises was summarized into four stages:preliminary construction stage of the framework for intelligent decision-making and operation of single system or technology of mining and excavation;multi-system information fusion stage for intelligent linkage of mining,excavation and transportation;intelligent brain stage of intelligent production,safety,management and control;intelligent mine system stage of whole mining area,multi-industry chain and multi-system integration.Finally,it was proposed that the construction of intelligent mine was a process of scientific and technological innovation and continuous progress,which needed We should pay attention to the top-level design,pay equal attention to inheritance and innovation,and parallel the intelligent construction of basic platform and local scene.
