摘　　要：随着我国循环经济的飞速发展,各地循环经济园区的建设蓬勃兴起,产业链的构建是建立循环经济园区的基础与核心,对园区的顺利运转和区域经济的可持续发展具有重要意义。晋能控股集团以建设循环经济园区为载体,转变发展模式,加快结构调整,推动企业转型,实现了社会效益和经济效益的最大化。以塔山循环经济园区为研究对象,阐述了塔山循环经济园区的发展历程,探讨了其产业链的构建路径,分析了产业链的构建特点,旨在为其他园区的发展提供借鉴和启示。With the rapid development of circular economy in China,the construction of circular economy park is booming.The construction of industry chain,as the foundation and the core,is of great significance to the smooth running of the circular economy park and the sustainable development of regional economy.Taking the construction of circular economy park as the support,Jinneng Holding Group has changed the development mode,accelerated the structural adjustment,promoted the transformation of enterprises,and achieved the maximized economic and social benefits.Focused on Tashan circular economy park,the development process of the park was described,the construction path of the industrial chain was discussed,and the characteristics of industrial chain construction were analyzed,which provided reference and enlightenment for the development of other industrial parks.
