摘  要:湖北某地区低品位磷矿,为互层状砂屑磷块岩,细粗砂屑结构,条带状构造,矿石矿物组成主要是磷灰石、胶磷矿。本次试验以该磷矿为试验样品,以磺化后改性脂肪酸和表面活性剂复配而成的新型药剂M2为反浮选捕收剂,在实验室采用正反浮选的方法进行试验。闭路试验结果表明:在M2用量达到0.55kg/t时,获得五氧化二磷品位为32.05%,氧化镁含量为0.75%,回收率82.04%,所得最终精矿达到了生产要求。Low-grade phosphate rock in a certain area of Hubei province is interbedded sandstones phosphorite with fine and coarse sandstones and banded structure.The mineral composition of the ore is mainly apatite and collophanite.In this experiment,the phosphate rock was taken as the test sample,and the new reagent M2,which was compounded by sulfonated modified fatty acid and surfactant,was used as the reverse flotation collector.The results of closed-circuit test show that when the dosage of M2 reaches 0.55kg/t,the grade of phosphorus pentoxide is 32.05%,the content of magnesium oxide is 0.75%,and the recovery rate is 82.04%.The final concentrate can meet the production requirements.
