摘 要:目的通过比较皮肤电导率(ESC)和2型糖尿病患者的各项临床数据的相关性以探讨ESC是否可作为糖尿病慢性并发症的早期筛查指标。方法回顾性分析90例于2019年5月至11月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者的临床资料。所有患者均使用SUDOSCAN仪测定双手、双足的ESC(HESC、FESC),使用线性回归分析了各项临床指标与HESC和FESC的相关性。结果2型糖尿病患者的FESC与尿白蛋白肌酐比值(ACR)呈显著性负相关。FESC和HESC均与血浆中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)呈显著性正相关。结论FESC可以用于预测糖尿病肾病的发展,但ESC和NLR的相关有待于进一步研究证实。Objective This study aims to investigate whether electrochemical skin conductance(ESC)could be an early index for diabetic chronic complications by the comparison between ESC and other clinical characteristics in T2DM patients.Methods A total of 90 T2DM inpatients were recruited from Endocrinology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University between May,2019 to December,2019.ESC was conducted for every patient by SODUSCAN.The clinical characteristics were compared with HESC(hand ESC)and FESC(foot ESC)subsequently by a linear regression analysis.Results FESC negatively correlated with urinary albuminuria creatinine ratio(ACR),while both HESC and FESC positively related to neutrophil lymphocyte ratio(NLR).Conclusion FESC could be an early index for diabetic nephropathy.However,a larger cohort is required to confirm the correlation between NLR and ESC.
