摘  要:当今分子影像技术在疾病的个体化诊疗中起着至关重要的作用。由于每种显像技术都有其自身的局限性,多模态成像已成为当前分子影像领域发展的主流。基于一体化PET/MR成像设备的广泛应用,PET/MR双模态探针由于综合了高分辨率和高灵敏度的优点引起人们的极大关注。本文对PET/MR双模态分子探针的发展现状和应用前景进行综述。Nowadays molecular imaging plays a vital role in achieving a successful targeted and personalized treatment.More interests in the development of molecular imaging have been shifted toward multimodality imaging,because of the fact that no single imaging modality possesses all ideal traits.Based on the TOF-PET/MR,the PET/MR bimodal probe has received more attentions due to its characteristics with the combination of high anatomic resolution and high sensitivity.Herein,this article reports the latest progress in the field of PET/MR bimodal molecular probes,and summarizes the prospects.
