摘　　要：近年来免疫机制和炎症反应在心力衰竭诊疗中越来越受到重视。免疫系统中固有免疫(中性粒细胞、单核细胞、巨噬细胞、树突状细胞)和适应性免疫(T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞)都参与心力衰竭的发生发展过程。其中免疫介导的T淋巴细胞亚群激活在心肌肥大,细胞凋亡和纤维化中起重要作用。本文总结了T淋巴细胞亚群在心力衰竭中的作用及临床意义的最新研究进展。A growing body of research supporting a role of inflammation and immunity in heart failure is paid attention to more and more now.The cross-alk among natural killer cells,adaptive immune celIs(T cells and B cells)and innate immune cells(i.e.monocytes,macrophages,neutrophil and dendritic cells)contributes to end-cardiovasculature damage and dysfunction in heart failure.The activation of lymphocyte plays an important role in myocardial hypertrophy,apoptosis and fibrosis.
