摘  要:由于电动自行车的行车轻便性和方便性日益突出,因此,电动自行车深受人们出行的喜爱。但其驾驶舒适性、操控稳定性和安全性一直以来是影响电动自行车行业发展的重要因素。电动自行车的车架是整车的基体,要求其具有足够的强度和刚度以承受载荷和冲击。因此,车架机械强度对电动自行车行车安全有重要影响。GB 17761—2018作为电动自行车3C型式认证的唯一依据,将车架/前叉组合件振动强度,作为考察电动自行车机械安全方面的重要测试项目。为了研究此项检测项目,本文针对市场上主要流通的电动自行车,通过建立电动自行车整车车架/前叉组合件三维模型,并对该模型进行有限元模型,对其静态特性进行深入的分析研究,为其后续的振动研究提供了基础。Due to the increasing portability and convenience of electric bicycles,electric bicycles are deeply loved by people when traveling.But its driving comfort,handling stability and safety have always been important factors affecting the development of the electric bicycle industry.The frame of an electric bicycle is the base of the entire body,and it is required to have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand loads and impacts.Therefore,the mechanical strength of the frame has an important impact on the safety of electric bicycles.GB17761—2018,as the only basis for the 3C type certification of electric bicycles,takes the vibration intensity of the frame/front fork assembly as an important test item for investigating the mechanical safety of electric bicycles.In order to study this test item,this article aims at the main circulating electric bicycles in the market,by establishing a three—dimensional model of the whole electric bicycle frame/fork assembly,and carrying out a finite element model of the model to conduct an in—depth analysis of its static characteristics research and providing a basis for subsequent vibration research.
