摘  要:以聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、聚醚三醇EP-330N、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、液化MDI、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、乙二醇(EG)、催化剂A33和水等为原料,采用预聚法合成了聚氨酯微孔弹性体材料。考察了A组分聚醚PTMG/EP-330N配比、扩链剂/交联剂配比及B组分游离NCO含量对材料性能的影响,并对比了用聚氨酯微孔弹性材料与现有的橡胶发泡材料制备的减振垫板的产品性能。结果表明:适当提高材料中EP-330N、TMP含量或提高NCO基含量均可提高材料的力学强度、压变性能与耐油性能;使用聚氨酯微孔弹性体材料制备的减振垫板具有更好的抗疲劳性能。Polyurethane microcellular elastomers were prepared with polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMG),polyether triol EP-330N,4,4′-diphenylmenthane diisocyanante(MDI),liquefied MDI,trimethylolpropane(TMP),ethylene glycol(EG),catalyst A33 and water by prepolymerization method.The effects of polyether PTMG/EP-330N ratio,chain extender/crosslinking agent ratio in A-component and NCO content of B-component on the material properties were investigated.The properties of the vibration damping pads prepared with polyurethane micro-cellular elastic materials and existing foamed rubber material were compared.The results showed that the mechanical strength,compressive properties and oil resistance of the material could be improved when the content of EP-330N,TMP or the content of NCO group increased properly.The polyurethane vibration damping pad had better anti-fatigue performance.
