摘　　要：动力机制的创新转换是经济发展的前提逻辑,不同的经济发展阶段具有不同的动力机制,经济发展的内涵和外延也都随之发生深刻变化,因而呈现出不同的经济发展模式。旧常态下的经济发展模式,即那种依赖于规模和速度的粗放型外延式经济增长方式,已经不再适合新常态下我国经济发展的基本要求。新常态下的经济发展模式更加注重经济发展在效能和质量上的全面提升,旨在推动形成一条集约型内涵式经济发展道路。深入实施创新驱动战略,贯彻落实“五大发展理念”,协调推进“四个全面”战略,是实现这一转换的战略举措,有利于推动形成新的具有内源性的动力机制,从而实现新时代中国特色社会主义经济发展模式的优化升级。The innovation and transformation of dynamic mechanism is the premise logic of economic development.Different stages of economic development have different dynamic mechanism,and the connotation and extension of economic development also undergo profound changes accordingly,thus presenting different economic development modes.The economic development model under the old normal,that is,the extensive and extensional economic growth mode that depends on the scale and speed,is no longer suitable for the basic requirements of China's economic development under the new normal.The economic development model under the new normal pays more attention to the overall improvement of economic development in terms of efficiency and quality,aiming at promoting the formation of an intensive and concentric economic development path.To achieve this goal,we must fully implement the innovation-driven strategy,implement the five development concepts,and coordinate the four comprehensive strategies.In this way,we can constantly develop and cultivate new endogenous driving factors and promote the formation of new endogenous driving mechanisms,so as to realize the optimization and upgrading of the socialist economic development model with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
