摘  要:本文首先介绍了生态环境损害鉴定评估的目标与意义,建立了淡水、海洋、森林、草地、农田和城市等生态环境不同生态系统的评估流程,明确了生态环境损害鉴定评估业务流程。其次,基于云架构模式设计了系统框架及功能,并简要介绍了系统开发实施环境和算法评估流程实现。最后,以温州市为应用示例,介绍了该系统的生态服务计算功能。实践表明,该系统可有效支撑生态评估研究及环境损害鉴定评估相关业务工作。This paper introduces the objectives and significance of ecological environment damage appraisal and evaluation,establishes the assessment process of freshwater,marine,forest,grassland,farmland,city ecological environment and other different ecosystems,and defines the business process of ecological environment damage appraisal and evaluation.Based on the cloud architecture model,the system framework and functions are designed,and the implementation environment of system development and algorithm evaluation process are briefly introduced.Finally,taking Wenzhou city as an application example,its ecological service computing function is presented.Practice has proved that the system can effectively support the ecological assessment research and the professional work of environmental damage appraisal and evaluation.
