摘 要:本文针对某铬铁矿,采用磁选和浮选联合工艺来回收铬铁矿,以提高Cr2O3精矿产量。由于矿样中含有磁铁矿,先利用弱磁选将矿样中的强磁性矿物脱除,回收磁铁矿;再对弱磁选尾矿进行湿式强磁场磁选实验,获得铬精矿Cr2O3品位42.37%,回收率81.34%。为了提高铬精矿的综合回收指标,对强磁场磁选尾矿进行再磨再选实验,采用一粗两精一扫闭路浮选流程,获得铬精矿Cr2O3品位35.86%,回收率70.12%。In order to improve the quality of Cr2O3 concentrate,magnetic separation and flotation were combined to recover chromium concentrate from a chromite ore.There was magnetite in the ore samples,the strong magnetic minerals in the ore sample were removed by using weak magnetic field to recover magnetite,and the wet high magnetic field magnetic separation test was carried out on the tailings of the weak magnetic field magnetic separation.The chromium concentrate Cr2O3 grade was 42.37%and the recovery rate was 81.34%.In order to improve the comprehensive recovery index of chromium concentrate,the re-grinding and re-separation test of high magnetic field magnetic separation tailings was carried out.On the condition of one roughing,two cleanings and one scavening closed-circuit flotation,the chromium concentrate Cr2O3 grade was 35.86%and the recovery rate was 70.12%.
