摘　　要：政治现代化是一个国家现代化的显著特征,政治文化是政治现代化发展水平的主要标志。网络政治文化是互联网时代政治文化发展的新样态,它在扩大公民政治参与、实现公民政治社会化、提高政治认同感以及政府治理方式变革等方面都具有积极的政治效用。但网络政治文化在发展中也面临网络舆论极化现象的冲击、与现实政治实践的错位、网络意识形态被解构风险、传统政治文化传承危机等重重困难,需从提高网民政治素养、加强网络媒体建设和政府自身建设入手,规范网络政治行为,完善网络治理机制,促进网络政治文化健康有序发展。Political modernization is a distinctive feature of a country’s modernization,and political culture is the main symbol of the development level of political modernization.Internet political culture is a new form of political culture development in the Internet era,which has positive political effects in expanding citizens’political participa⁃tion,realizing citizens’political socialization,improving political identity and changing government governance.How⁃ever,the development of online political culture also faces the impact of the phenomenon of polarization of online pub⁃lic opinion,the misalignment with the real political practice,the risk of deconstruction of online ideology,the crisis of traditional political culture inheritance,etc.It is necessary to improve the political literacy of Internet users,strengthen the construction of online media and the government’s own construction,regulate online political behavior,improve online governance mechanism,and promote the healthy and orderly development of online political culture.
