摘 要:系统介绍了烧结主烟囱高度需考虑的因素,针对300 m^(2)烧结机进行烟囱抽力计算、污染物最大落地浓度预测分析。经计算,对于300 m^(2)烧结机,烟囱高度为74 m时可满足其排烟要求;对不同组合下污染物最大落地浓度对比分析,300 m^(2)烧结机主烟囱高度H≥80 m时,通过提高烟囱高度降低污染物落地浓度的降幅不明显,且烟囱高度越高,降幅越小。This paper systematically introduces the factors that need to be considered in the height of the main chimney of the sintering plant,calculates the chimney draught and predicts and analyzes the maximum ground-level concentration of pollutants for a 300 m^(2) sintering machine.After calculation,for 300 m^(2) sintering machine,the chimney height of 74 m can meet the requirements of flue gas exhausting.Comparing and analyzing the maximum ground-level concentration of pollutants under different combinations,when the height(H)of the main chimney of 300 m^(2) sintering machine is≥80 m,the decrease of the ground-level concentration of pollutants by increasing the chimney height is not obvious,and the higher the chimney height,the smaller the decrease.
