摘  要:从企业球团生产超低排放不达标的实际情况出发,提出了球团烟气污染物采用电除尘和石灰湿法脱硫塔进行烟气脱硫需要升级改造的弊端,分析了在原有电除尘和石灰湿法脱硫塔基础上增加一套烟气脱硝工艺、二级湿法脱硫工艺和湿电除尘工艺的必要性,提出了超低排放需要采取的技术和管理节能措施,以满足国家达标排放环保要求。In view of the actual situation of enterprises that the ultra-low emission of pelletizing production is not up to the standard,the disadvantage of adopting electric precipitator and lime wet desulfurization tower for desulfurization of flue gas pollutants,that is,it requires upgrading and transformation is proposed in this paper.The necessity of adding a set of flue gas denitrification process,two-stage wet desulfurization process and wet electric dust removal process on the basis of the original electric precipitator and lime wet desulfurization tower is analyzed.The technical and management energy-saving measures that need to be adopted for ultra-low emissions are put forward to meet the national emission standards and environmental protection requirements.
