摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情爆发,迅速扩散,确诊的新冠肺炎患者是主要的传染源,此病潜伏期1~14 d,人群普遍容易感染,增加了防控的难度。新冠肺炎流行期间,影像学检查是对新型冠状病毒核酸检测阴性感染者的重要预警信号。因影像科患者流动大,影像学检查流程复杂,防护要求又高,故对人员的管理比较复杂。CT影像学检查的重要性决定了CT在相关救治中承担的重要角色,故CT室管理与防控措施尤显重要。本研究结合影像科CT检查特点,提出了疫情蔓延期间在影像科进行CT检查的防护和管理策略,通过总结管理经验和做法,希望能为广大医护工作者进一步应对新冠肺炎疫情提供参考和帮助。An outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)quickly spread.The confirmed patients with COVID-19 are the main source of infection.The incubation period of COVID-19 is 1-14 days,and the population is generally susceptible to infection,which increases the difficulty of prevention and control.During the epidemic period of COVID-19,imaging examination is an important early warning signal for patients with negative novel coronavirus nucleic acid test.Because of the large flow of patients in the imaging department,the imaging examination process is complex,and the protection requirements are high,so the management of personnel is more complex.The importance of CT imaging examination determines the important role of CT in relevant treatment,so the management and prevention and control measures of CT room are particularly important.Combined with the novel coronavirus CT examination,the paper proposes a strategy of protection and management for CT examination in the imaging department during the epidemic spreading period.By summarizing the management experience and practice,it hopes to provide reference and help for the general staff to cope with the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation.
