摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环管理法在房颤消融术预防空气栓塞中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月江西省人民医院收治的48例房颤冷冻球囊消融术患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组23例,观察组25例。对照组给予传统护理管理,观察组采用PDCA循环管理法护理。比较两组的空气栓塞率、患者满意度及PDCA管理法对护理人员护理工作质量评分。结果观察组的空气栓塞发生率低于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,观察组护士的护理质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理法在房颤消融术预防空气栓塞中应用效果显著,可有效的降低术中空气栓塞发生率,提高患者对护士的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in the prevention of air embolism in atrial fibrillation ablation.Methods A total of 48 patients admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(23 cases)and observation group(25 cases)according to the random lottery method.The control group received traditional nursing management,and the observation group adopted PDCA cycle management for nursing.The air embolization rate,patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups,and PDCA management was used to evaluate the nursing quality of nursing staff.Results The incidence of air embolization rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the total satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the nursing quality score of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management is effective in the prevention of air embolism in atrial fibrillation ablation,can effectively reduce the incidence of intraoperative air embolism,improve the satisfaction of patients with nurses.
