信息传播视角下的义乌市营商环境优化路径研究

摘　　要：针对义乌全力打造国际一流营商环境样板城市的背景,面向在义乌的各国外商,开展了对外传播现状调查和机制研究,阐述了强化对外信息传播对于优化义乌市营商环境的意义,分析了义乌市对外信息传播的现状,详细讨论了信息传播视角下优化义乌市营商环境的路径选择,指出通过协同构建文化阵地、拓宽对外传播渠道、选择对外传播有效途径、构建系统化的对外传播效果评估体系、开展语言培训消除沟通障碍等方式,可以优化义乌市对外传播效果,不仅有利于优化营商环境,而且有利于提升城市和我国的国际形象。In view of the background of Yiwu striving to build a world-class business environment model city,this paper carries out the investigation and mechanism research on the current situation of external dissemination for foreign businessmen in Yiwu,expounds the significance of strengthening external information dissemination for optimizing the business environment of Yiwu,analyzes the current situation of external information dissemination of Yiwu,discusses in detail the path selection for optimizing the business environment of Yiwu from the perspective of information dissemination,and points out that the external dissemination effect of Yiwu City can be optimized through the ways of collaboratively constructing cultural positions,broadening external dissemination channels,selecting effective approaches of external dissemination,building a systematic external dissemination effect evaluation system,carrying out language training to eliminate communication barriers,etc.,which is not only conducive to optimizing the business environment,but also conducive to improving the international images of the city and China.
