摘  要:探究胶孢炭疽菌侵染过程中灵武长枣枣果和枣叶的抗氧化物质动态变化,明确其早期发病的监测生理指标。以宁夏灵武长枣和胶孢炭疽菌为试材,测定病原菌侵染对枣果和枣叶内4种抗氧化物质的影响。结果表明:胶孢炭疽菌侵染的枣果和枣叶中,丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度显著提高且持续积累;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)3种酶的活性均呈现"先增加后降低"的趋势;POD和PPO具有协同效应;不同防御酶对病原菌侵染的响应有先后差异,POD和PPO酶活性峰值早于SOD 12 h。枣果的抗氧化系统响应强度强于枣叶。除SOD酶活性外,病果的MDA摩尔质量浓度、POD和PPO酶活性始终高于枣叶。因此,POD和PPO酶活性可以作为灵武长枣炭疽病早期发病的监测生理指标。In order to explore the dynamic changes of antioxidants in the fruits and leaves of Lingwuzhangzao jujube during the infection of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,and to make clear the physiological indicators of early disease.The effects of pathogen infection on four antioxidants in fruit and leaf of Lingwuzhangzao jujube were measured.The results showed that the molality of MDA increased significantly(P<0.05)and accumulated continuously;the activities of SOD,POD and PPO increased first and then decreased in the fruits and leaves of Lingwuzhangzao jujube infected by C.gloeosporioides.POD and PPO had synergistic effect.Different defense enzymes had synergistic effect on pathogens.The peak activity of POD and PPO was earlier than that of SOD 12 h.The response intensity of antioxidant system of jujube fruit was stronger than that of jujube leaf.In addition to the activity of SOD,the molality of MDA,the activities of POD and PPO in diseased fruit were always higher than that of diseased leaves.Therefore,the activities of POD and PPO can be used as the physiological indicators for monitoring the early onset of Lingwuzhangzao jujube anthracnose.
