摘　　要：以中国知网(CNKI)的南京大学中文社会科学引文索引来源期刊(CSSCI,下文同)为数据源,以"主题=‘畜牧业’或‘养殖’"为检索条件进行高级检索,利用Citespace软件进行数据挖掘,绘制知识图谱,从而揭示20年来畜牧业的研究热点及演进规律。结果表明:(1)畜牧业领域文献研究整体呈上升趋势,初步形成核心刊物群和较为稳定的核心作者群体。(2)研究机构集中于北京、江苏、内蒙古及山东等地的高校和农牧科研院所,核心研究作者倾向于团队合作,呈现整体集中、部分分散的状态。(3)研究主题集中于规模化养殖、养殖环境、质量安全和产业政策4个方面。(4)未来应重点关注畜牧业结构模式及生态经济的研究。At present,China’s animal husbandry is in the critical period of thinking reform,transformation and upgrading.It is of great significance for the follow-up theoretical analysis and practical test to sort out the research context in the field.In this paper,The CSSCI journals in the field of animal husbandry from 2000 to 2019 are taken as the data source,and Citespace software is used for data mining and knowledge mapping,so as to reveal the research hotspots and evolution rules of animal husbandry in the past two decades.The results showed that:(1)The literature research in the field of animal husbandry is on the rise as a whole,and the core journal group and relatively stable core author group are initially formed.(2)The research institutions are concentrated in universities and agricultural and animal husbandry research institutes in Beijing,Jiangsu,Inner Mongolia and Shandong,and the core research authors tend to work in teams,showing a state of overall concentration and partial dispersion.(3)The research topics focus on large-scale breeding,breeding environment,quality safety and industrial policy.(4)The future should focus on animal husbandry structure model and ecological economy research.
