基于新水源新标准的上海市饮用水水质评价指数及应用

摘　　要：在上海新水源结构下,以上海饮用水地方标准为基础,建立针对上海市的饮用水水质评价指数。按照指标检测频率的不同建立3个水质指数:日评指数(WQI_(日))、月评指数(WQI_(月))和年评指数(WQI_(年))。基于以往上海水厂及管网检测数据,根据代表性、可行性和科学性的原则,筛选出适用于饮用水水质指数体系的评价指标;根据相应水质指数特征选择适用的计算公式;基于评价结果与实际水质情况的相符性,得出适用于上海饮用水水质评价的指数模型。建立的水质指数能够综合定量地反映上海市不同水源及处理工艺饮用水水质的整体水平及变化。经过验证表明,建立的水质指数能有效地评价上海市不同水源及处理工艺的饮用水水质质量,对于新水源新标准条件下上海市饮用水水质管理具有重要应用价值,对其他供水行业同行具有积极的参考价值。Under the new water source structure,based on the drinking water local standards in Shanghai,a drinking water quality evaluation index for Shanghai was established.Three water quality indices were established according to the frequency of indicator detection includingdaily evaluation index(WQIday),monthly evaluation index(WQImonth),and annual evaluation index(WQIyear).Based on the previous testing data of Shanghai waterment plants and pipe networks,according to the principles of representativeness,feasibility and scientificity,the evaluation indexes applicable to drinking water quality index system were selected,and reference was made to the previous drinking water quality evaluation work.Selecting the applicable calculation formula,and based on the consistency between the evaluation results and the actual water quality situation,an index model suitable for the evaluation of drinking water quality in Shanghai was obtained.The established water quality index can comprehensively and quantitatively reflect the overall level and changes of drinking water from different water sources and treatment processes in Shanghai.The water quality index established after verification can effectively evaluate the water quality of drinking water from different water sources and treatment processes in Shanghai,and has important application value for Shanghai’s drinking water quality management under new water conditions.
