摘  要:雄安新区位于大清河流域中部,大清河流域的生态环境对雄安新区生态文明建设起着重要的保障作用。结合国家对流域水生态环境保护的要求,通过分析大清河流域水生态系统的特征和问题,以"驱动力-压力-状态-响应"模型为基础,按照"目标层-方案层-要素层-指标层"建立大清河流域水生态安全评价指标体系,以科学性、全面性、层次性、代表性为原则选择23个评价指标,为更加准确进行大清河流域水生态安全评价,维系和保障大清河流域水生态系统的稳定性奠定基础。Xiong’an New Area is located in the middle of Daqing river basin,which is vital for constructing the ecological civilization of Xiong’an New Area.Based on the latest national requirements for protecting the water ecological environment of river basin,the paper analyzes the features and problems of Daqing river basin’s water ecological system,then builds a water ecological safety evaluation index system of Daqing river basin based on the model of Driving Force-Pressure-State-Response(DPSR).The index system of Daqing river basin of 23 indicators is divided into four categories of"Target-Plan-Element-Index",following the principles of being scientific,comprehensive,hierarchical and representative.The index system is intended for more accurate evaluation of water ecological security of Daqing river basin and lays a foundation for maintaining and ensuring the stability of water ecosystem in Daqing river basin.
