俯卧位屈膝拔伸手法在摩洛哥治疗退行性膝骨关节炎患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨俯卧位屈膝拔伸手法治疗摩洛哥膝骨关节炎患者的临床疗效,研究俯卧位屈膝拔伸手法在摩洛哥运用、开展和推广的应用价值。方法:将78例摩洛哥舍夫沙万地区退行性膝骨关节炎患者随机分为手法组(40例)和对照组(38例),分别运用俯卧位屈膝拔伸手法推拿治疗和扶他林软膏外涂治疗,每天1次,5次为1个疗程,疗程间休息2天,治疗2个疗程后比较两组VAS、WOMAC评分的变化。结果:治疗2周后,手法组VAS评分改善程度优于对照组(P<0.01);手法组疼痛、日常活动功能及WOMAC总分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:俯卧位屈膝拔伸手法在摩洛哥治疗退行性膝骨关节炎具有显著疗效,在改善临床症状方面更优于扶他林外涂治疗,且其相对简便易学、无需额外设备和助手辅助,适合在摩洛哥医院推广和使用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of pull-out and stretch massage in prone position in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in Morocco,and to study the application value in Morocco.Methods:78 patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis in Chefchaouen were randomly divided into manipulation group(n=40)and control group(n=30),pull out and stretch massage in prone position and externally applied Votalin were used respectively.The VAS and WOMAC scores before and after treatment were compared two weeks later.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the improvement of VAS score in manipulation group was better than control group(P<0.01);the improvement of WOMAC scores including pain,daily activities and overall scores in manipulation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pull-out and stretch massage in prone position has obvious curative effect in treating knee osteoarthritis in Morocco.It is better than external application of Votalin in clinical curative effect.It is relatively simple and easy to learn,and additional equipment and assistants are not necessary,which is suitable for use and promotion in Moroccan hospitals.
