仰卧位膝踝同调法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎20例即刻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价仰卧位膝踝同调法对于改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床症状的即刻疗效,并与传统膝关节周围理筋技术参考对照,观察两种方法对于膝关节骨性关节炎患者的即刻效果评价,探讨不同手法模式对于本病的疗效差异及其机理。方法:选取2018年4月~2019年4月在北京大学首钢医院以及内蒙古自治区四子王旗人民医院就诊的膝关节骨性关节炎门诊病人40例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各20例。对照组采用常规膝关节周围理筋法,治疗组采用仰卧位膝踝同调法,比较两组患者治疗前后膝关节疼痛评分(VAS)及膝关节屈曲、伸展活动度(ROM)。结果:治疗后,两组患者的膝关节疼痛评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的膝关节疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的膝关节屈曲、伸展活动度均较治疗前增大(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的膝关节屈曲、伸展活动度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:两种膝关节骨性关节炎的处理方案都有效改善膝关节疼痛,在改善膝关节活动度上,膝踝同调法更具有优势。Objective:To evaluate the immediate effect of supine knee-ankle coherence on improving clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis.The immediate effect of the two methods on knee osteoarthritis patients was observed and compared with the traditional technique of tendon management around the knee joint.The difference of therapeutic effect and mechanism of different manipulation modes for knee osteoarthritis patients were discussed.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,40 cases of knee osteoarthritis outpatients in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and treatment group with 20 cases each by random number table.The control group was treated with the conventional method of tendon consolidation around the knee,while the treatment group was treated with the method of knee and ankle homology in supine position.The knee pain score(VAS)and the knee flexion and extension range(ROM)of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the knee pain score of both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the knee flexion and stretching activity of both groups were higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,the knee pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the knee flexion and stretching activity of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both of the treatment schemes for knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve knee pain,and the knee-ankle homology method has more advantages in improving knee motion.
