摘  要:针对绝缘型多级式拓扑逆变器转换效率低、滤波困难等问题,设计了一种高频变压器多级式拓扑的微型逆变器。阐述了系统的组成及原理,前级采用了基于SG3525的推挽式逆变电路,后级采用了全桥逆变电路,逆变控制技术采用了SPWM波脉冲调制技术,其控制系统由AT89S52单片机实现。同时采用了HER508整流二级管构建全桥整流电路,采用二阶LC滤波电路对输出电流进行滤波。实验数据表明:该系统输出波形为50 Hz的正弦波;测得2路PWM波的死区时间为5μs;逆变器逆变效率随负载的变大而变大,其峰值效率可达88.67%。In order to solve the problems of low conversion efficiency and difficult filtering of insulated multilevel topology inverter,a miniature inverter with multilevel topology of high frequency transformer was designed.The composition and principle of the system were described.The former stage used the push-pull inverter circuit based on SG3525,and the latter stage used the full bridge inverter circuit.SPWM wave pulse modulation technology was adopted in the inverter control technology,and the control system was realized by AT89S52 single chip microcomputer.At the same time,HER508 rectifier diode was used to construct the full bridge rectifier circuit,and the second-order LC filter circuit was used to filter the output current.The experimental data show that the output waveform of the system is 50 Hz sine wave,the dead time of two PWM waves is 5μs,and the inverter efficiency increases with the increase of load,and the peak efficiency is 88.67%.
