极外侧椎间融合术入路安全性及神经并发症防治的研究进展

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的发展,腰椎间盘退行性疾病的患者呈快速增长的趋势。针对腰椎间盘退行性疾病的治疗,保守治疗疗程长,疗效差,而手术治疗时间短,疗效好。目前手术方法从开放融合术逐渐发展到各式微创融合术,极外侧椎间融合术作为近年来微创融合术的一种新型技术,具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,但也存在手术入路带来的腰丛神经损伤的并发症。本文就极外侧椎间融合术手术入路的安全性、相关并发症及防治进展进行综述。With the impact of the aging,the cases with lumbar disc degenerative disease are increasing rapidly.For the treatment of lumbar degenerative disc disease,there are some negative factors of the conservative treatments including longer course and lower curative rate,while there are some positive factors of the surgical treatment including shorter time and higher curative rate.At present,the surgical methods have gradually developed from open fusion to all kinds of minimally invasive fusion.Extreme lateral interbody and fusion has the advantages of less trauma and faster recovery as a new technique of minimally invasive fusion in recent years,but there are complications of lumbar plexus nerve injury caused by surgical approach.This review mainly focuses on the safety,complications,and prevention of the surgical approach of extreme lateral interbody and fusion.
