静脉营养在治疗危重早产儿中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨静脉营养在治疗危重早产儿中的效果分析。方法:选择本院2017年6月~2019年12月期间收治的56例危重早产儿为本次研究对象,根据出生的先后顺序随机分为对照组和研究组各28例,对照组患儿给予常规营养支持治疗,研究组静脉营养支持治疗,观察分析两组生长发育情况和并发症发生率等情况。结果:研究组患儿日体质量增长、周身长增长、周头围增长均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患儿并发症发生率为10.71%低于对照组的35.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将静脉营养支持疗法应用于危重早产儿的营养支持治疗中疗效显著,可促进患儿生长发育,并可有效降低并发症发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得在临床中应用推广。Objective: To explore the effect of intravenous nutrition in the treatment of critical premature infants. Methods: 56 cases of critical premature infants admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the order of birth, they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 28 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nutritional support treatment, the study group was given intravenous nutritional support treatment, and the growth and development of the two groups and the incidence of complications were observed and analyzed. Results: the growth of body weight, body length and head circumference in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of complications in the study group was 10.71% lower than that in the control group(35.71%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of intravenous nutrition support camp in the nutritional support treatment of critical premature infants has a significant effect, can promote the growth and development of children, and can effectively reduce the incidence of complications. It has a high clinical application value, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
