摘 要:本文主要研究了不同种类防老体系对丁腈橡胶老化前后物理机械性能及丁腈胶管扣压过程中性能变化的影响;实验结果表明:1#防老体系耐热油老化性能较好,4#防老体系耐热空气老化性能较好;仿真计算结果表明:使用1#防老体系的胶管扣压后,静刚度、应力集中单元处的应变能密度及相同节点处Mises应力较大,使用3#防老体系的胶管扣压后,静刚度、应力集中单元处的应变能密度及相同节点处Mises应力较小。This article mainly studies the effects of different types of anti-aging systems on the physical and mechanical properties of nitrile rubber before and after aging and the performance changes during the crimping process of nitrile rubber hose;The experimental results show that:1#anti-aging system has better heat-resistant oil aging performance,and 4#anti-aging system has better heat-resistant air aging performance;The simulation calculation results show that after the hose with 1#anti-aging system is crimped,the static stiffness,strain energy density at the stress concentration unit and the Mises stress at the same node are larger.After the hose with 3#anti-aging system is crimped,the static stiffness and stress concentration The strain energy density at the element and the Mises stress at the same node are smaller.
