摘　　要：通过对钢丝绳暨织物芯输送带硫化生产线主机新型油缸组件、液压系统、环形辊式脱锅装置的研发,以及对辅机成型胶片导开自动纠偏、自动涂硅油、水刀切带、垫铁储存等的研发,解决压力不均匀、硫化质量差、脱锅分离不彻底、胶片敷贴偏差大、硅油涂抹不均匀、裁断效率低等问题,提高输送带硫化质量,提高效率,减轻劳动强度。Through the research and development of new cylinder components,hydraulic system,ringshaped roll-out device for the steel wire rope and fabric core conveyor belt vulcanization production line,as well as the automatic correction of the auxiliary machine forming film,automatic silicone oil coating,waterjet cutting belt,horn storage Research and development,solving the problems of uneven pressure,poor vulcanization quality,incomplete separation of the pan,large deviation in film application,uneven silicone oil application,and low cutting efficiency,improve the vulcanization quality of the conveyor belt,increase efficiency,and reduce labor intensity.
