摘　　要：心血管疾病是目前全球的第一大死因,其患病率和病死率仍在不断上升。改变危险健康行为是心血管疾病的重要防治策略,可有效延缓病程进展,改善患者预后。现有慢病管理模式并未充分挖掘和利用可干预因素从而实现干预效果最大化。行为改变轮建立在19种行为干预理论框架的基础上,为行为分析和干预设计提供了明确清晰的指导,值得深入研究和应用。本文对行为改变轮理论的框架内容、实施步骤及其在国内外心血管疾病管理中的应用现状进行综述,以期为国内应用行为改变轮理论开展行为干预提供理论支持和实践指导。Cardiovascular disease is currently the leading cause of death all over the world,and its prevalence and mortality are still rising.Changing risk health behaviors is an important prevention and treatment strategy for cardiovascular diseases,which can effectively delay the course of disease and improve prognosis of patients.However,the existing chronic disease management model does not fully exploit and utilize intervenable factors to maximize the effect of intervention.Based on 19 behavioral intervention theoretical frameworks,the behaviour change wheel(BCW)provides clear guidance for behavioral analysis and intervention design,which is worthy of in-depth study and application.This article reviews the framework content,implementation steps and application status of BCW in cardiovascular disease management at home and abroad,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for domestic application of BCW theory to conduct behavior intervention.
