摘  要:针对抽蓄与火电机组联合调峰同步调用(synchronous dispatching of pumped storage-thermal,SDPT)、抽蓄定时抽发调用(timing dispatching of pumped storage-thermal,TDPT)顺序及策略所存在的问题,统筹抽蓄的调用效益和火电深度调峰经济性,提出了抽蓄-火电分层调用顺序及策略,建立了抽蓄-火电联合调峰分层优化调度模型(hierarchical optimal dispatching of combined peak-shaving of pumped storage-thermal,HDPT)。其中上层模型以改善净负荷峰谷波动性最优和抽蓄的调用效益最大为目标优化抽蓄机组出力;下层模型计及火电深调成本和弃风惩罚成本,以系统总调峰成本最小为目标优化火电机组出力。最后以某实际区域系统为例,仿真对比了TDPT、SDPT、HDPT 3种方案,得出所提方案可大幅改善系统调峰经济性和火电调峰经济性,减小弃风率,并大幅提高抽蓄机组利用率。研究结果可为抽蓄调度决策提供参考。There exist a series of the problems in the sequence and strategy of combined peak-shaving synchronous dispatching of Pumped Storage-Thermal(SDPT)and the timing dispatching of Pumped Storage-Thermal(TDPT).Based on the dispatching benefits of pumped storage and the economics of thermal power deep peak shaving,the layered dispatching sequence and strategy of Pumped Storage-Thermal are proposed,and the hierarchical optimal dispatching model of combined thermal storage and peak shaving is established.In the model,the upper layer optimizes the output of the pumped storage unit with the goal of improving the optimal net load peak and valley volatility and maximizing the dispatching benefits of pumped storage;the lower layer takes into account the cost of thermal power deep peak regulation and the penalty of wind curtailment,and optimizes the output of thermal power units with the goal of minimizing the total peak shaving cost of the system.Finally,taking a real area system as an example,and the three schemes of TDPT,SDPT,and HDPT are compared and studied.It is concluded that the proposed scheme can greatly improve the economics of system peak shaving and thermal power peak shaving,reduce the wind curtailment rate,and greatly increase the utilization rate of pumped storage units.The research results can provide a reference for the actual use of pumped storage.
