摘　　要：目的探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植在治疗面部凹陷畸形中的临床效果。方法2016年2月至2018年12月,自贡市第四人民医院烧伤整形美容外科收治22例面部凹陷畸形患者,男4例,女18例,年龄16~56岁,平均38岁。22例患者均给予自体脂肪颗粒移植术进行治疗,通过比较面部移植术后与术前图像变化,分析其形态变化。结果22例实施面部脂肪注射填充患者,随访6~12个月,面部凹陷畸形明显改善且患者满意率高,术中及术后无明显严重并发症。结论自体脂肪颗粒注射填充对面部凹陷畸形治疗效果佳,术后效果持久稳定,值得临床应用。Objective To describe the role of fat grafting in the management of facial deformities.Methods The study population was composed of all patients with facial deformities who underwent facial fat grafting between February 2017 and December 2017,including 4 males and 18 females,aged 16-56 years,with average 38 years.We analyzed the postoperative morphological changes by comparing the grafted side of the face to the preoperative picture.Results Twenty-two patients were surgically treated with fat transplantation for facial asymmetry due to a pathological postoperative healing of the soft tissue.Postoperative satisfaction rate was high without major complications.Conclusions Fat grafting is a very powerful tool to correct facial deformities and to ensure a long-term follow-up results.
