摘  要:制备新型低共熔溶剂[Bmim]Br-丙二醇(n([Bmim]Br)/n(丙二醇)=1/2),采用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行表征,并分别采用含有吲哚、喹啉的模型柴油考察其萃取脱氮性能。结果表明:低共熔溶剂[Bmim]Br-丙二醇的最佳脱氮温度为30℃、萃取时间为30 min,且其脱除吲哚的性能优于脱除喹啉的性能;当剂/油质量比分别为1/3和1时,吲哚、喹啉的脱除率分别为97.6%和81.2%;在[Bmim]Br-丙二醇回收利用4次后,吲哚和喹啉脱除率分别为86.2%、74.6%,说明该低共熔溶剂具有较好的重复使用性能;进一步研究发现,在剂/油质量比为1/3的条件下,经过5级萃取分离后,[Bmim]Br-丙二醇对喹啉的累计脱除率可达98.3%。Novel deep eutectic solvent(DES)1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide-propylene glycol([Bmim]Br-PG)with a molar ratio of 1∶2 was prepared,and its chemical structure was characterized with FT-IR spectroscopy and 1H NMR.In addition,its extractive denitrogenation performance for diesel containing quinoline and indole was evaluated.Experimental results showed the optimum denitrogenation temperature and extraction time for DES[Bmim]Br-PG were 30℃and 30 min,respectively.It was also found that the prepared DES solvent demonstrated higher removal efficiency for indole than quinoline.Typically,at 1∶3 and 1∶1 solvent/oil mass ratio,97.6%indole and 81.2%quinoline can be removed,respectively.Moreover,indole and quinoline removal ratio still can reach 86.2%and 74.6%respectively after four times of DES recycles.Further experimental study demonstrated that,at solvent/oil mass ratio of 1∶3,quinoline removal ratio can reach 98.3%after applying 5-stage extraction.
