摘  要:实验室合成了长链大单体4-乙烯基辛烷基酚聚氧乙烯(14)醚(SMA),并以丙烯酰胺(AM)为主要原料,引入单体SMA、4-乙烯基联苯(VB)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS),采用水溶液自由基胶束聚合法合成了抗盐丙烯酰胺非线型共聚物(PPSA)。采用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和红外光谱(FT-IR)对PPSA进行了表征。考察了聚合物质量浓度、NaCl含量和温度对共聚物溶液表观黏度的影响。结果表明:PPSA在NaCl水溶液中显示出优异的盐增稠和热增稠效应;当PPSA质量浓度为2000 mg/L时,在53℃下质量分数为10%NaCl水溶液中表观黏度达到1210 mPa·s,显示了优异的增黏和抗盐性能;且在80℃下质量分数为10%NaCl水溶液中的表观黏度仍达到100.3 mPa·s,显示了良好的耐温性;扫描电镜(SEM)照片显示PPSA在高浓度NaCl水溶液中形成了超分子网络结构。A long chain macromonomer allyl-capped octylphenoxy poly(ethylene oxide)(degree of polymerization 14)(SMA)was synthesized in the laboratory.The salt resistant acrylamide copolymers(PPSA)were synthesized by acrylamide(AM),SMA,4-vinylbiphenyl(VB)and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)with the micelle free radical copolymerization technique.Then,the synthesized copolymers were characterized with 1H-NMR and FT-IR.Effects of polymer mass concentration,NaCl content and temperature on the apparent viscosity of copolymer solution were investigated.Experimental results indicate that the copolymers can exhibit good salt-thickening and heat-thickening properties.At the temperature of 53℃and PPSA mass concentration of 2000 mg/L,the liquid apparent viscosity in mass fraction of 10%NaCl solution can be up to 1210 mPa·s This indicates that the synthesized copolymers demonstrate excellent thickening and salt resistance properties.At the temperature of 80℃,liquid apparent viscosity with mass fraction of 10%NaCl solution is still 100.3 mPa·s,which suggest the copolymers have good heat resistance.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)results show that supramolecular network structure has been formed for PPSA in high concentration brine solution.
