摘　　要：纺织生产原料大多是易燃物品,生产设备数量品种繁多,纺织行业又是一个劳动密集型行业,职工多、劳动强度大,因此在生产过程中,存在许多安全生产隐患。为避免生产隐患的发生,研究如何利用PDCA方法提高企业整体安全管理水平,分别从计划部分、执行部分、检查部分、行动反馈部分进行论述,以确保在安全生产红线内。The raw materials of textile production are inflammables, and there are many kinds of production equipment. The industry of textile is also a labor-intensive industry with many workers and high labor intensity.Therefore, there are many hidden dangers in the production process. In order to avoid those dangers, from the perspective of group management, this paper studies how to use PDCA method to improve the overall safety management level of enterprises, expounded from parts of Plan, Do, Check and Act, and ensure the red line of safety production.
