摘　　要：为研究PBT高针距高弹针织物的开发,通过对PBT基本性能的介绍,采用同一编织工艺,分别用PBT纤维纱线及PBT和氨纶纤维纱线交织的织物做对比,在高针距机台上,通过组织设计,开发具有吸湿快干、高弹性能的针织物。文中阐述原料选择、设备参数以及前处理、染色、定形等染整工艺,最终测试织物的吸湿性、快干性、色牢度、拉伸弹性伸长等,表明PBT织物的各项性能指标优良,穿着十分舒适和贴身,可与氨纶织物相媲美,体现了企业对环保及企业社会责任制的重视。In order to study the development of PBT knitted fabric with high stitch length and high elasticity,the basic properties of PBT are introduced. By using the same knitting process, PBT fiber yarn and the fabric interwoven with PBT and spandex fiber yarn are compared respectively. On the high stitch machine, knitted fabrics with wicking, quick drying and high elasticity are developed through weave design. In this paper, raw material selection, equipment parameters, pretreatment, dyeing, setting and other dyeing and finishing processes are described. Finally, the hygroscopicity, fast drying, fastness and stretch elastic elongation of the fabric are tested. The results show that PBT fabric has excellent performance indicators, which is very comfortable and close to the body,which is comparable to spandex fabric. It reflects the importance of enterprises to environmental protection and corporate social responsibility system.
