摘　　要：目的探究无创呼吸机治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的效果及对患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法 74例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者,采用随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,每组37例。对照组实施常规治疗方式,观察组在常规治疗的基础上实施无创呼吸机治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后血清生化指标水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.30%高于对照组的75.68%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CRP、ET-1、TNF-α分别为(4.23±1.22)mg/L、(32.33±6.17)ng/L、(21.61±4.28)ng/L,均低于对照组的(5.59±3.47)mg/L、(41.46±7.51)ng/L、(30.39±6.15)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者实施无创呼吸机治疗具有良好的效果,可以有效改善患者的相关血清生化指标,提高预后。Objective To investigate the effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and its influence on serum C-reactive protein(CRP),endothelin-1(ET-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).Methods A total of 74 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the observation group received noninvasive ventilator based on the control group.The clinical efficacy and serum biochemical index level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 97.30%of the observation group was higher than 75.68%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRP,ET-1 and TNF-αof the observation group were(4.23±1.22)mg/L,(32.33±6.17)ng/L and(21.61±4.28)ng/L,which were all lower than(5.59±3.47)mg/L,(41.46±7.51)ng/L and(30.39±6.15)ng/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator has good effect on the patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,ans it can effectively improve the relevant serum biochemical indicators and improve the prognosis.
