摘　　要：艾滋病是严重危害凉山州人民群众健康的重大传染病。凉山州开展艾滋病防控工作20余年来,艾滋病病毒感染者的检测发现、关怀救治等工作取得了明显成效。同时,凉山州艾滋病流行危险因素复杂且广泛存在,疫情形势处在不断发展变化中。本研究通过检索分析公开发表的有关凉山州艾滋病防治研究的文献,并按照艾滋病防治工作重点环节,从疫情监测、行为干预、检测发现、随访管理、抗病毒治疗、实验室检测等6方面进行分析和归纳,并提出相关建议,为下一步制定因地制宜、行之有效的防治策略和措施提供参考依据。Objective HIV/AIDS is a major infectious disease that seriously affects the health of people in Liangshan prefecture.Great progress has been achieved in HIV testing,reporting,treatment and care since the HIV control and prevention program was launched there in the past twenty years.The risk factors for HIV/AIDS epidemic are complex and widespread,and the epidemic situation is in constant development and change.In this study we retrieved the published literature related to HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Liangshan.The literature were systematically summarized and analyzed in the following aspects of surveillance,behavioral intervention,testing,follow-up management,antiviral treatment,and laboratory research.Suggestions are provided for development of the strategies and measures for future HIV/AIDS control and prevention.
