宁波市镇海区男男性行为者使用同志交友软件情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解镇海区男男性行为者(MSM)的同志交友软件使用情况,为指导镇海区在MSM中开展针对性的艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,应用滚雪球抽样法对活跃在本地的MSM进行匿名问卷调查和血样检测。结果共调查141名MSM,其中83.0%(117人)的MSM使用同志交友软件交友,58.2%(82人)的MSM的主要交友途径为同志交友软件。不同年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况和主要交友途径对MSM使用同志交友软件差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。14.9%的MSM最近6个月同性肛交人数≥2,31.2%最近一周同性肛交人数≥1,73.0%既往检测过艾滋病病毒(HIV),51.8%能定期检测HIV。使用同志交友软件的MSM中目的为交友占64.1%,愿意通过同志交友软件接受艾滋病防治知识服务的占89.7%。HIV阳性检出率为5.0%,梅毒阳性检出率为8.5%。结论镇海区MSM使用同志交友软件普遍存在,通过同志交友软件推送艾滋病防控信息有较高的接受度和可行性,提示今后有关部门需加强在同志社交软件上的艾滋病防治,通过制定更有针对性且更有效的预防措施来降低该部分人群的HIV感染风险。Objective To understand the use of gay dating software among men who have sex with men(MSM)in Zhenhai district,to provide a basis for AIDS prevention and control.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted by a snowball sampling method,and the anonymous questionnaires and blood samples were collected from the MSM in the area.Results Among the total of 141 MSM recruited,83.0%used gay dating software,and 58.2%looked for partners mainly through the dating software.There were significant differences between different age groups,educational levels,marital status and main ways of looking for partners in MSM using the dating software(P<0.05).14.9%of the MSM had homosexual intercourse more than twice in the last 6 months;31.2%had more than once in the last week;73.0%had been tested for HIV,and 51.8%had regular HIV testing.64.1%used the dating software for finding partners,and 89.7%acquired AIDS knowledge through the software.The HIV positive rate was 5.0%,and the syphilis positive rate was 8.5%.Conclusion The gay dating software is popularly used among MSM in Zhenhai district.It is necessary and acceptable to use the dating software to convey AIDS prevention and control information.It is suggested that AIDS prevention and control should be strengthened for application of gay dating software in the future,in order to reduce the risks of HIV infection among MSM.
