芝加哥大学创业生态系统建构及启示——基于复杂自适应理论的分析

摘　　要：作为复杂自适应系统的大学创业生态系统,具有三个重要特征:价值观塑造系统内部主体行动、开放性和自组织性以及主体间存在交互式的网络关系。芝加哥大学作为大学创业系统的成功案例,其创业生态系统成功的主要因素在于创业文化基因的塑造、创业网络密度的持续增强以及区域间创业要素和网络的不断完善。本文在梳理芝加哥大学创业生态系统建构的历史进程基础上,提出了对我国建设大学创业生态系统的思考。As a complex self-adaptive system,the entrepreneurial ecosystem in universities has three important characteristics:values,openness and self-organization,and the existence of interactive network relationship between the subjects.As a successful case of the entrepreneurial system established by a university,the main factors for the success of its entrepreneurial ecosystem lie in the shaping of entrepreneurial culture genes,the continuous enhancement of entrepreneurial network density,and the continuous improvement of entrepreneurial elements and networks among regions.Based on the historical process of the construction of entrepreneurial ecosystem in The University of Chicago,this paper reflects on the coustruction of entrepreneurial ecosystem in colleges and universities in China.
