摘　　要：采用文献资料等研究方法对区块链技术条件下的体育公共服务治理展开研究,在国家大力推进区块链技术发展并运用于社会治理各领域的背景下,旨在为区块链技术条件下的体育公共服务治理提供思路和建议。研究认为,区块链技术本身的特征与体育公共服务治理所追求去中心化、协同治理、共识和智能合约理念高度契合。区块链技术保证体育公共服务治理信息的精准识别,保证体育公共服务精准治理因群体施策,保证体育公共服务项目实施智能过程管控,使体育公共服务治理过程更加透明和安全,推动体育公共服务治理结构变革。但也存在政府价值取向偏离、体育公共利益被俘获及缺乏制约等风险。需要加强政府价值规范与引领、构建相关法律和提升联盟治理能力来提前谋划,从而保证区块链技术在体育公共服务治理领域的运用科学有序地进行。To promote the block chain technology development in sports public service governance and social governance in various fields,this paper revealed that block chain technology characteristic identified with the decentralized sports public service management,collaborative governance,and intelligent contract ideas.Block chain could ensure accurate identification of sports public service management information,guarantee precision control for sports public service group,guarantee the sports public service project implementation process of intelligent control,make the sports public service management process more transparent and secure,promote sports public service governance structure change.There were also risks such as value orientation deviation,sports public interest loss and lack of restriction.The government needed to strengthen the value norms,guidance,and relevant legal measures,and promoting alliance governance ability in order to ensure block chain technology applied in the field of sports public service management in order.
