摘  要:将Rietveld全谱拟合方法应用到低碳钢表面锈层的定量分析上,用来解决低碳钢Q235表面锈层的物相定量分析问题。首先,配制一系列已知成分样品,对其进行XRD测试,然后选择Rietveld全谱拟合定量分析软件,优化拟合参数,反复摸索解析方法和参数设置,找到全谱拟合定量误差较小的分析软件,使用误差较小的分析软件对低碳钢锈层进行Rietveld全谱拟合。Rietveld full-spectrum fitting method was applied in the quantitative analysis of rust layer on surface of low carbon steel to solve the problem of quantitative analysis of rust layer phases on surface of low carbon steel Q235.First,a series of samples with known composition were prepared for XRD test.Then the quantitative analysis software of Rietveld full-spectrum fitting was selected.The fitting parameters were optimized to repeatedly explore the analysis method and parameter setting.The analytical software with small quantitative error of full-spectrum fitting was found out,which was applied for the Rietveld full-spectrum fitting of rust layer on low carbon steel.
