摘 要:针对硅镇静钢生产过程中出现的钢包顶渣结壳问题,从炉渣成分、熔点、黏度及相组成等方面研究对比了常规炉次及异常炉次。结果表明,异常炉次的炉渣碱度较低,凝固过程中析出了大量镁铝尖晶石且出现聚集现象,导致炉渣黏度增大,钢包顶渣结壳,而常规炉次炉渣碱度较高,炉渣物相中未发现镁铝尖晶石。为将所有炉次炉渣成分控制在合理范围,基于炉渣组成及来源进行了炉渣碱度预测,制定了根据转炉终点氧含量加入小粒白灰的措施,通过工业试验验证,有效避免了钢包顶渣结壳。During the production of Si-killed steel,the phenomenon of slag crusting seldom occurred.To solve this problem,the properties of the ladle slag were investigated,including slag composition,melting point,viscosity and phase composition.The results showed that for the abnormal heats,the basicity of slag was lower than the conventional heats,and during the solidification process,a large amount of MgO·Al2O3 spinel was precipitated and aggregated,resulting in an increase in the viscosity of the slag and crusting of the ladle.However,for the conventional heats,the slag basicity was higher,and no MgO·Al2O3 spinel was found in the phase of slag.In order to control the composition of slag within a reasonable range for industrial production,a prediction model of slag basicity was established based on the composition and source of slag.Measures for adding different amounts of small-grain lime according to the oxygen content of the end of the converter were formulated.Through industrial tests,the phenomenon of slag crusting was effectively eliminated.
