摘 要:目前,国内钢厂自备电厂主要依据GB/T 10184—2015《电站锅炉性能试验规程》对煤粉与高炉煤气混烧锅炉进行性能测算,然而,该规程中的计算分析模型主要基于常规燃料,并未考虑到高炉煤气的特殊性质,故不宜直接用于煤粉与高炉煤气混烧锅炉。针对煤粉与高炉煤气混烧锅炉不同于常规锅炉的特征,从燃料成分换算、燃烧计算、入炉煤量求解、排烟温度取值、污染物排放浓度折算等方面入手,在GB/T 10184—2015的基础上对煤粉与高炉煤气混烧锅炉性能计算模型中有别于常规锅炉的几个要点进行分析,并提出了相应的改进方案,结果可为混烧锅炉的性能测试提供参考,具有一定的实用意义。In power plants of steel mills,the performance of pulverized coal and blast furnace gas co-fired boilers was calculated according to GB/T 10184—2015 Performance test code of utility boiler.However,the calculation and analysis models in this standard were mainly based on conventional fuel,and the special properties of blast furnace gas were not taken into account.Therefore,the standard GB/T 10184—2015 was not suitable for directly calculating the performance of pulverized coal and blast furnace gas co-fired boilers.According to the differences between co-fired boilers and conventional boilers,the key points for calculating the performance of co-fired boilers were analyzed on the basis of GB/T 10184—2015,and the corresponding improved methods were proposed,in view of the fuel composition conversion,combustion calculation,coal feed rate,exhaust gas temperature value,pollutant emission concentration conversion,etc.The results can provide a reference for the performance test of such boilers,and have certain practical significance.
